We are building important relationships with School Districts so they will let us promote the Skilled Trades directly to students.

Now that we have Students attention we fight the current narrative of Skilled Trades. They are now growing to understand that these ARE GREAT CAREERS.

We then bring them to our Pre-Apprenticeship Training course. 3 days of showing them basics and finding out which skilled trade is right for them and ensuring they are motivated to work. This saves you time because now your new employee is motivated and they know the are in the RIGHT spot.

This process isn’t the cheapest. We Need your help by Sponsoring our company, buying our products and being involved with us. Every little bit counts. If we don’t all get on board soon our country won’t be able to progress.
